PT Mastratech Indonesia is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Samarinda. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth in the mining and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers across industry sectors, while identifying opportunities in potential new markets.
  • Maintaining good relationships and conducting regular visits to principals and business partners.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints, developing sales strategies, and expanding the client base while maintaining existing customers.
  • Reviewing and planning customer business activities, including products, service packages, contracts, pricing, credit terms, credit limits, and debt management.
  • Preparing budgets based on the company’s business plan, as well as directing, controlling, and evaluating implementation periodically to improve performance.
  • Ensuring system-related issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Proactively building and maintaining professional working relationships both internally and externally.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3), preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proven track record in trading/sales and handling complex customer requirements.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and well-organized.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in technical matters.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel frequently.
  • Willing to be placed in Samarinda.
