Sales Representative

What You Will Do

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across various industry sectors while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting regular visits and maintaining close communication with principals and business partners.
• Managing customer inquiries and complaints while delivering effective solutions.
• Developing sales strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Reviewing customer business needs, including products, service packages, contracts, pricing, credit terms, and account management.
• Preparing and managing sales budgets aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Ensuring customer and system-related issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborating proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree, preferably in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in a related field.
  Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
• Strong experience in sales, trading, and handling complex customer requirements.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel frequently.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta.
